We had a very good transfer from Antalya to Kemer with Hana Travel. It was easy to book and pay on Hana's own website. I also connected via WhatsApp, with an immediate response. We travelled both ways in the middle of the night and Hana was on time, also on arrival we were nearly an hour late and there were no problems. Good service, nice cars and reasonably priced > I recommend Hana Travel's taxi service.
HAN28174 Transfer we travelled from Antalya to Alanya on 14/09/22. It was a very pleasant transfer in a comfortable vehicle. The driver was friendly and drove carefully. Have already had several trips with HanaTravel in the past and were always very satisfied, especially regarding reliability and punctuality. Return journey is already booked. I have always used Hanatravel for the transfer over the last few years and was very satisfied again this year. Although I travelled alone this year, I was driven in a similar van to the one shown on the website. Outward journey 14.06.17: Was met on time, driver was there with the taxi in 5 minutes. Vehicle very clean, water was offered to me, driver very nice and German-speaking (of course this is not always the case, but even then no problem). Information for me to check the travel details was sent by email one day before. Return journey 23.06.17: Driver was early, 10 minutes before the agreed pick-up time at the hotel. Here too, the vehicle and the driver were very nice. Conclusion: I can only recommend the transfer with Hanatravel. Costs per trip (even if only 15 kilometres) and vehicle (not per person) are just really good at 20 Euros to Lara. No waiting, air-conditioned vehicle and then straight to the hotel or airport, rather than stopping at various other hotels first in a full bus.

What does an Antalya airport transfer with Hana Travel include?
A vehicle and a professional driver for your group alone, from Antalya Airport to the door of your hotel, villa or apartment. The driver meets you in the arrivals hall at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel with a name board, helps with the cases and drives straight to your address without picking up anyone else. We track your flight, so if the plane lands later, the pickup moves with it. The price is fixed per vehicle and agreed in writing before the trip. Child seats can be added on request as a paid extra.How is a private transfer different from a shuttle bus?
A shuttle collects passengers from several flights and drops them at a string of hotels. You wait at the airport until the bus fills, then sit through every stop on the way. A private transfer starts when you walk out of arrivals and goes to one address: yours. The vehicle is never shared with strangers, you choose the pickup time, and the price covers the whole car rather than each seat. That also means the more of you travel together, the smaller the share each person pays.
Booking
How do I book a transfer?
Use the booking form on this site, or write to us on WhatsApp, call or send an e-mail, whichever suits you. We need the date, your flight number or pickup time, the pickup and drop-off addresses, the number of adults and children, and a rough idea of your luggage. An online booking engine is on its way. Until it goes live, every request is answered by a person in our Antalya office, who sends you the vehicle, the price and the meeting details in writing.How far in advance should I book?
As soon as your flight times are fixed. Booking early lets us set aside the right vehicle for your group, which matters most in July and August and for the larger vehicles: the Sprinters, the midibus and the coach. Short-notice requests are still worth sending. We run our own vehicles and drivers and the office works every day, so we check availability straight away and tell you plainly whether a car can be arranged. If a particular vehicle is already taken, we suggest one that is still available.
Paying
How do I pay for the transfer?
The payment method is stated in your written booking confirmation. Depending on what we agree, you settle the price with the driver on the day or pay in another way arranged in advance. The amount is always the fixed price for the vehicle that we confirmed before the trip; it does not grow because of slow traffic or a late landing. If you need an invoice in a company name or would like to pay in a particular way, mention it when you book and we confirm in writing what is possible.
At the airport
Where do I find my driver at Antalya Airport?
Once you have collected your luggage and left the baggage hall, you are in arrivals. Your driver waits at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel holding a board with your name on it. If you cannot see the board straight away, stay inside the hall and call or message the number in your confirmation rather than heading outside to the taxi rank; the office and the driver will guide you. From the desk, the driver walks you to the car park and helps load the luggage.What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track every arrival using the flight number in your booking, so the driver sees the new landing time and plans around it. There is no need to call us from the departure airport to report a delay. What matters is that the flight number is correct; if you are rebooked onto a different flight, send us the new number as soon as you have it. Long passport queues and a slow baggage belt are part of arriving in Antalya in summer, and our drivers know that.
Vehicles
Which vehicle is right for my group?
It depends on both people and luggage. The economy sedan takes up to three passengers with three cases. The Vito comfort minivan and the VIP Vito each carry six passengers and six cases. Larger groups travel in a 13-seat or 16-seat Sprinter, a 25-seat midibus or a 45-seat coach, which suits weddings, sports teams and tour groups. If you carry more luggage than usual, golf bags or a pushchair, the next size up is often the better choice. Tell us your numbers and we recommend a vehicle.
Luggage & kids
Can you provide child seats?
Yes, for every age: rear-facing seats for babies, seats for toddlers and boosters for older children. They are a paid extra, added to the agreed price of the transfer and shown in your written confirmation. When you book, tell us how many children are travelling and their ages or approximate weights, so the driver brings the right seats and fits them before you get in. If you prefer to bring your own seat, that works too; just mention it so we keep room for it.Can I bring golf bags, bicycles or a pushchair?
Yes, as long as we know in advance. A golf bag, a bicycle or a pushchair takes up the space of one or more suitcases, and a sedan that is fine for three people with ordinary luggage may not fit three golf bags. List every bulky item in your booking request, with numbers, and we send a vehicle with enough room, such as a Vito minivan or a Sprinter. Say whether the bicycles are boxed or loose as well. Anything that turns up unannounced may simply not fit in the car.

How far are the main resorts from Antalya Airport?
The airport lies east of the city, so the closest stops are Kundu at 10 km, about 15 minutes, and Lara at 13 km, 20 minutes. The city centre and Kaleiçi are 15 to 16 km away, around 25 minutes, and Konyaaltı 22 km, half an hour. Belek is 35 km, about 35 minutes. Heading west, Kemer is 55 km and 55 minutes, Tekirova 70 km, a little over an hour. Heading east, Side is 65 km, about an hour, and Manavgat 72 km. Alanya is 125 km, close to two hours. Times assume normal traffic.Which areas do you cover?
We serve 58 destinations along the Antalya coast and beyond. Around the city: Kundu, Aksu, Lara, the centre, Kaleiçi, Konyaaltı and the cruise port. West along the Kemer line: Beldibi, Göynük, Kemer, Kiriş, Çamyuva, Tekirova, Olympos, Çıralı and Adrasan. East through Belek, Kadriye, Serik and Boğazkent, then the Side and Manavgat coast with Kumköy, Çolaklı, Sorgun and Titreyengöl, and on to Okurcalar, Alanya, Mahmutlar and Kargıcak.
